We spent two years designing the most advanced passenger seat in the world. Comfort was first and foremost, so we started with a gel-foam base and memory-foam back, a built-in tray table and pneumatic legrest, a 22" seat width and a 45° recline, and the most legroom in the industry.
Comfortable? Exceedingly so. But the best part is the motion-canceling technology that eliminates 90% of all bumps and vibration from the road... what we like to call the "smoothest ride on the planet." It's unlike any other experience you've had in travel, a comfort so unique you have to experience it yourself to fully appreciate it.
You probably didn't know that intercity buses are actually the greenest form of mass transit. With The Jet, it's also the cleanest. We were actually in the middle of customizing our first coach when the pandemic hit. So we decided to make a few upgrades.
First, we added a cutting-edge UV filtration system to each JET coach that kills 99.9% of germs and bacteria. Second, we incorporated electrostatic disinfection into each cleaning of the coach. Third, we built in a full six feet of socially-distanced space between rows, the only mass transit carrier that can say that. With a maximum of 14 passengers and a fully-vaccinated staff, The Jet is the safest and most hygienic way to travel, COVID-19 or not.
It started with a simple question: when traveling in the Northeast, why was the WiFi better at 30,000 feet than it was on the highway or railway? It took a little work, but we solved it and now proudly boast the fastest WiFi in mass transit travel, with streaming-fast internet speeds for every passenger. No more email lag times, no more skipping or buffering entertainment. We nerded out on our HiFi WiFi™ so you can nerd out (or stream) to your heart's content.
Each of our coaches is equipped with a full galley and onboard attendant to deliver in-seat service for our passengers; it's all part of The Jet's first-class experience. During our launch phase, we are happy to offer a selection of premium snack and beverage options, including complimentary beer and wine. We couldn't call ourselves the single nicest way to travel if we didn't have the single nicest restroom as well. With extra space, luxury fittings, a touchless sink and soap dispenser, and complimentary amenities, our lavatory is meant to feel more like a luxury hotel than a motorcoach. So you can freshen up in style.

When planning our initial route, we were adamant that our pickup and dropoff points matched both the convenience and cleanliness of our brand. In New York City, that is 565 W. 33rd St. in the Hudson Yards campus, between Hudson Boulevard and 11th Ave. In Washington, D.C., it's 565 13th St. NW, just outside Metro Center.
